Texas is a leading state in regards to reopening and this is a much-needed and bold move. There are two parts to Gov. Abbott’s decision — 1) there is a political part to it, and 2) It’s about time they open up. If you remember, Texas Governor was one of the first to close down their state at the start of the pandemic. Now, after assessing the risk he’s letting the people of Texas make decisions for themselves. The mandates are too much for We the People.
