Rumble, of course, is a great service across the country across the world to try to give a free speech, not just the voice but the images and the video. And I’m actually in the DC studio, the Washington, DC studio. Of Rumble, ah Rumble, decided that in order to make it possible for more creators to get their voices and to get their faces out, that they would create a studio and they did that in Washington, DC it’s just a few blocks from the Capitol building. I’m live here. It’s an extraordinary resource for creators, that it’s not a. It’s not some money making venture in the sense that they say your time. It’s do you have a voice? We’d like to help you get your voice out there. So I’m very grateful to Rumble as I was coming into the studio again. I’m in the Rumble DC studio who is walking in, but Chairman Jim Jordan, the congressman from Ohio, he’s coming in to do another creators show. We had a nice conversation. And so it’s very smart, very helpful. That Rumble is doing this and I give them salutes, especially because you saw this story about Brazil and Brazil is censoring X. The X platform and Elon Musk by fiat. A sneaky heavy-handed fiat that is meant to say to X. You have to stop letting the voices be heard. Well, Rumble was faced with that problem. I don’t know 18 months ago and Rumble made the decision. Well, we’re out of Brazil. This is the same thing that Elon Musk is doing. So if you’re going to be in for free speech and in for free expression, you got to be in all the way and I’m very grateful to have this chance.
And so, welcome again, Ed Martin, Pro America Report. You know, for almost 7 years, seven years. I have been doing the Pro America Report. The idea is not just to be against what’s happening, not just to be against the bad guys. We are not just to be against the crazy Liberals and the people that are doing such damage to our nation, but be Pro America and not even just be America First.
Because while I agree with America First and a lot of the policies and we’ll talk about. Many of them what I really believe in is being Pro America. Our special American gifts that we have, our Constitution, our rule of law, who we are as people, our history, our traditions. One of the things you’ll hear me focus on in the Pro America Report a lot is our history and our tradition of inventing. The the patent system in America is second to none in the world because it protects inventiveness and makes it so that if. You fix it, build it, invent it. You can benefit from it makes a huge difference.
So Pro America is what we’re about. We’re about celebrating America’s greatness, about celebrating America’s goodness and about especially finding what the truth is in a world where big media, big tech, big government, are lying to us. And that’s what the Pro America Report does every day. We do it on a podcast. We do it on radio, we do it on daily emails, and now we do it on Rumble from the DC Studio of Rumble. We’re very grateful.
So I like to open the Pro America report each day with what I call the WYNK. What you need to know what you need to know is also the name of an e-mail that goes out every day, goes out at 8:00 AM, East Coast, 5:00 AM Pacific every morning, Monday through Friday. And it’s called the WYNK, the daily WYNK and tells you a few details of stories that are happening a few links, but it also importantly highlights something that you need to know and understand. And if you understand that if you get behind what you’re being told and spun, you’ll do a lot better in understanding what’s happening and what’s going to happen so.
You know, I was thinking about this as we’re doing the very first Rumble DC studio show. What? What’s the WYNK? What do I want to talk about? And I actually want to talk about the lesson that I’ve learned over the last seven years. And that is the lesson of the Narrative Machine, whether you’re listening to Mike Benz, who’s so masterful at telling you who the. Movers and shakers of the censorship industry are, whether you. You’re in X and exploring what Elon Musk has made possible. Whether you’re on Rumble, looking at Glenn Greenwald or others, wherever you are, you have to understand the sort of filter on what is happening.
What is the Narrative Machine? It’s big government working with big media and big tech to tell us what the narrative is. To force upon we the people, what the narrative is.
Now I’ve learned over the last couple of years to add into that you say big tech, big media and big government and I’ll give you some examples of the narrative machine. But I’ve added in there big big corporation big business because sometimes they’re the ones driving this too. So there’s really four.
But what is a narrative machine think about the narrative machine. The Russia hoax. During the Trump administration, the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, what was it? Well, it was big government. That was the Mueller report. The I mean, the Mueller investigation, the leaking about it at the end of the Obama administration, you had Susan Rice and Joe Biden, Barack Obama in the White House hatching plans on how to make it a Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. You had the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax and it was aided by whom? Well, big media they played right along Big Tech they played along. By the time you’re done, half the country believes that there was actually interference in the election and the interference was Russians working with the Trump administration.
That has been proven completely false. That’s the narrative machine.
Remember, the narrative machine doesn’t have to be true to be effective. That’s one of the worst parts about it is when the narrative. Machine works. It is really, really effective, even though it’s not true.
Another example the I just had somebody say that they when we were walking in, the Hunter Biden laptop. 51 big government intelligence officials said that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian misinformation plot. What happened? Big Media went along. Big Tech went along two weeks before an election in 2020. We had big government work with big media and big tech to lie to the American people. That’s the narrative machine.
Another example is January 6th. Immediately after January 6th, we had big government that’s the January 6th Select Committee, which we now know not only lied, they actually destroyed evidence they hid from the people and from their colleagues the truth. They actually intimidated witnesses and made them say things that they told them. Don’t say that or you’re gonna be in bigger trouble. That was big government. Big Media, literally an ABC producer, moved from ABC into the Select Committee to create made for TV movies made for TV hearings that were covered breathlessly, $19 million spent by big government over an 18 month period. Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, the Select Committee, along with big Media and then big tech, of course, driving the message, big tech, furthering the message, never exposing the lies.
This is the this is the narrative machine in full effect. Once you see it. You cannot Unsee it. And what you need to know once you see the the once you see the narrative machine, you can recognize it in in everything we’re doing.
Just now with Chairman Jim Jordan, we’re talking out in the hallway as he’s coming out. I’m coming in and he says the threat to democracy. He said the the people in this country now recognize that just because big government says, ah, somebody’s a threat to democracy, doesn’t mean it’s true no matter what big media and big Tech says, because that’s what Joe Biden and the and the left wants to do. They want to say, hey, hey, you know. We really think the other side is a threat to democracy.
Well, more and more Americans are looking up and they’re saying hold on a second, you’re using lawfare not only against President Trump in five, 6-7 different instances and cases 91 Indictments, but against individuals, pro lifers are being arrested for praying in front of clinics. Grandmas are being sent to prison for walking through the Capitol in prayer because they say it’s the wrong time and the law is being manipulated. The law is being used against the people and more and more people see that.
So the beauty of of of, of understanding the narrative. Machine is the ability to break through it to cut through it.
Now I I have said for a long time and we’ve got a couple of really great guests today, but I have to tell you I get so encouraged by the number of people who are seeing through the narrative machine and what you need to know is it takes some effort. It takes some effort and it leads you to a place where, if you’re not careful, you can become. You can become uneasy, disappointed, you know, you kind of get frustrated. I I often say that the phrase that I turned on its head, Ronald Reagan used to use the phrase I trust, then verify about the Soviets. And I say, when it comes to our government, Distrust. Then verify, Start out by doubting what they tell you because you can’t trust them, and then verify and figure out.
Don’t live in a world where you cannot function and work with others and be a happy American because Pro America means being happy with America and making it better and celebrating it and not being down and not being negative, but being real about it.
