Due process has been denied to the January 6 protestors, and now it is time that we demand due process for these victims of political persecution as the 5th Amendment of the Bill of Rights demands. Historically, due process has to do with the interaction of the law and we the people, and our right for the judicial process to be fair and clear. We demand this for all citizens.
