I have in my hands a document. Well, let me let me get to that in a second. Let me get to that in a second. Let me let me. Instead, mention a a post that happened over that was over on X and the post is from a muse @amuse @amuse it’s a it says his title is former Head of Macro exposing equity, delivering conservative takes on liberal talking points, retweeting videos. It’s a very interesting Twitter X account about 300 + 1000 people follow it, but amuse @amuse did a did a post on Monday. And the title was lawfare. Will there be any Republican lawyers left to ensure election integrity in November? Goes on and lists the number of lawyers targeted by the Democrats aggressively, it says with criminal charges, civil lawsuits, disbarment, mentions Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon, neither of which are lawyers, by the way. But but they’re certainly targeted. Hunted, as someone said, but all over Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. Lawyers, Republican lawyers targeted Republican lawyers disbarred the the the Soros backed entity called the 65 Project we’ve talked about was formed in order to target the 65 lawyers that they identified that were assisting. With the. Trump President Trump’s concerns about the election in 2020.
So the point of this post from @amuse is the the. People that are targeted are Disproportionately lawyers.
And therefore what lawyers want to run towards this fight? They’re going to get disbarred.
If you fight for Trump, especially on elections, you’ll get disbarred or sued or defamed or or sued for defamation or or put into, you know, Dean Eastman was added to one of the lawsuits I think was in Arizona. He had nothing to do with Arizona. Basically, they said Ohh, we don’t care. You’re just one of the lawyers who helped Trump. You probably had something to do with Arizona. Why not?
And of course, each of those matters costs you money and time. I remember talking to Jeff Clark, who’s one of the sharpest lawyers I know about his case, and he was spending hundreds of hours of his own time. That should have been spent for other clients making a living. He would have been making a great living, defending himself, and he had to hire other lawyers.
Well, as to Jeff Clark. I’m holding in my hand the October 7th, 2021. Letter from Dick Durbin and Dick Durbin writes a letter to the DC bar and his letter to the DC bar became the predicate upon which the DC bar opened up an investigation and ultimately has been trying to disbar Jeff Clark for being a lawyer and giving legal advice to his client.
But here’s the tricky part. About this, that’s nasty nasty.
Dick Durbin is the chair of the Judiciary Committee when he sends this letter.
Otherwise the DC bar had no reason to open up this case because the complaint, according to the DC bar and their tradition, complaints for in DC, the DC bar, cannot be made by anyone who doesn’t have direct knowledge of the incidents. In other words, if you’re reading the newspaper in the Washington Post and you see that the Deputy Attorney general does X and you live in DC and you say what, wait, I don’t think X was right. I’ll file a bar complaint. The DC bar’s rule has been, yeah, we can’t let everybody that that works in the in the government be basically targeted like that.
Unless it’s Dick Durbin.
And so Dick Durbin uses. And this is very important. This is what I want to tell you about.
The lawfare that the left does is sophisticated. It’s not. It’s not naive, it’s not gentle. It’s not simple. It’s sophisticated.
And so in this case, what they did, what Dick Durbin did was he had an interim report created after January 6.
January 6, 2021 occurs. October 7th, 2021, so that’s February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and nine months later. Less than nine months later, he has an interim report that was published by him. Written by him, written by his team. That says XYZ, PDQ. We think blah blah blah and then he sends it over and he says: Use this official report using this official report, not me. I’m not having. It’s not my opinion, I’m just Senator Dick Durbin. I don’t have my opinion. It’s the report. It’s an official government document and we did this report. Please rely on it and open up a case. And now it’s gone on for years.
It’s the same thing that the Select Committee did. The Select Committee on January 6th created, created a report. When they were done rushing to create the report. In December of 2022, because they lost control of the house, the committee was about to end. They rushed to do a report. Then they destroyed the evidence that they relied on. They didn’t let the rest of the evidence exist. They just got rid of it. They got rid of transcript. They got rid of videotapes. They got rid of notes. They got rid of staff. They hit everything. But they had an interim report. They had a report.
And the report then could be cited, in one case by the Colorado Supreme Court. Which cited the Select Committee on January 6. That’s the Liz Cheney – Benny Thompson created thing and they ohh we gotta really it’s an official government document. It’s not just us making it up. It’s not just it’s not even just politicians talking. No, no, no. It’s an official government document. Nonsense. Nonsense.
What has been is fake. It’s fake government. It’s fake government and it’s done all the time by the left.
And here’s the thing. There’s lots of a precedent now for that trick, that game. And here’s what conservatives should do. The same thing.
In places where there is a Republican conservative Attorney General, Texas, Missouri. Go ahead, do a report, do a report, put a couple of people on the thing, dig into it, do a report, and then cite the report. As you ask for the disbarment of all these, Norm Eisen, Andrew Weissman, and put these people where they have to answer.
What will happen quickly, it’s the DC bar will never do it. They’ll never. They’ll never take a letter from a Republican senator who’s the head of the Judiciary Committee or otherwise. Who says I got an interim report.
Here. Ohh hey, Congressman Loudermilk, Barry Loudermilk has been digging into the corruption of the Select Committee. The January 6th Select Committee. And when I say corruption, I mean it with a small c and a capital C, which is to say it corrupt the word corrupt is a word that means rotten. Something gets rotten, it gets ruptured, it gets run through with water rot rotten. It’s definitely a rotten system.
It also may be capital C, which is the way I say something that looks it looks, or is a crime.
One is just rotten there. A swamp in the swamp. It’s all corrupt. Why? Cause water runs through it. Rupt rupture. That’s that’s. That’s the root of that word. But Capital C corrupt. It looks like Liz Cheney, according to the what the what I’ve heard. And then Congressman Barry Loudermilk was on the the program. And he talked about the fact that Liz Cheney had a meeting and and some of her lawyers and some of her investigators said, yeah, yeah, you can’t say that it’s not true, and she said. Say it anyway. And then she did twice.
And people’s lives were put in jeopardy. Death threats. Thank God nothing happened as far as we know, there were some attacks, not covered.
But the point here is the lawfare. Of the left. Uses big government, aided by big media. It’s a narrative machine, of course. Big tech, big media and big government.
But they create fake government.
And the fake government is cited as definitive, as necessary predicates to go ahead and do this damage. And again.
The the people who want to save America. First of all, here’s what I would say. Use the same approach so that it exposes how corrupt they are, and then it becomes clear you can’t rely on what they did or what they say or what they will do.
It’s the end of the Bar Association as a credible. As a credible organization. It’s the end. It it it, it will not continue. It cannot continue as a credible entity. When it’s shown to be so corrupt. And that’s a necessary set of steps has to happen. It has to happen and it should happen.
