The Election Justice Project

In a Republic, the people elect the representatives who will rule over them. A fundamental purpose of representative government is to conduct fair, honest, accurate, transparent, and equal elections. In response to the growing evidence of broad-based and systemic problems with the election systems in the United States, Constitutional attorney Charles Bundren, Esq., formed The Election Justice Project in April of 2021. Mr. Bundren has been at the forefront of the fight to preserve liberty for over 42 years, having defended religious liberty, parental rights, First Amendment rights, and other Constitutional rights in trial and appellate courts across the United States.

The mission statement of The Election Justice Project is to ensure fair, honest, accurate, transparent, and equal election of leaders in the United States and to use all available legal means to do so.
